These Terms of Service govern your use of The Playbook newsletter service operated by Sovereign Crown Technologies Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By subscribing or using our services you agree to these terms.
The Playbook delivers AI-generated sports intelligence emails including daily briefings and matchday packs. We currently cover EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1, MLS, NHL, NBA, NFL, MLB, F1, and PGA Tour.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes.
Free subscriptions (Warm-Up tier) cover one team and are provided at no charge. Paid subscriptions (Premium Pack, All Access) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe and grant access to the number of teams stated at the time of purchase. The Charter Member tier is a one-time payment for lifetime All Access, limited to the first 50 sign-ups.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not issue pro-rated refunds for partial months.

The Playbook uses AI-generated analysis and live sports data from third-party providers. Content is for informational and entertainment purposes only. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Nothing in our emails constitutes financial, betting, or investment advice. We include responsible gambling disclosures where relevant. Please gamble responsibly — 18+ only where applicable.
All content, branding, and email templates produced by The Playbook are the property of Sovereign Crown Technologies Inc. and are protected by copyright. You may share or quote brief excerpts with attribution, but may not reproduce full editions without permission.
Third-party team names, logos, and league trademarks are the property of their respective owners. We use them for editorial identification purposes only and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any league or club.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sovereign Crown Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
