Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences and understand how you use the site.

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies The Playbook and its service providers use, why we use them, and your choices regarding them.

2. Who We Are

The Playbook is operated by Sovereign Crown Technologies Inc., 1958 Rosefield Rd, Unit 13, Pickering, Ontario L1V 3A9, Canada. For cookie-related questions, contact us at soverigncrown@icloud.com.

3. Cookies We Use

Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential to provide our services and cannot be turned off. They are usually only set in response to actions you take, such as submitting a form.

Analytics Cookies

We do not use analytics cookies. The site does run Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it counts page views in aggregate without setting a cookie, without a device identifier, and without following you to other sites. If we ever add analytics that require cookies or consent, this policy will be updated before they go live.

Third-Party Cookies

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and our signup, unsubscribe, preferences and checkout endpoints run as Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may set its own cookies for infrastructure purposes (e.g. routing, bot management, DDoS protection) — the cf_clearance and __cf_bm cookies listed in the table above are Cloudflare's. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature. As no uniform standard for implementing DNT signals has been finalised, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals — the same position stated in our Privacy Policy. Separately, and regardless of any DNT signal, we do not engage in cross-site behavioural tracking: we run no third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes we will notify subscribers by email.
